The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies’ third annual Gulf Studies Forum is planned for December 3-5, 2016 in Doha, Qatar. The deliberations will focus on two major themes. In addition to the foreign challenges facing the Gulf Cooperation Council that will continue to be a perennial theme for some of the panels, this year’s special topic is Economic Diversification within the GCC.
