The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies concluded a framework agreement with Mohammed V University on April 3, 2013. The parties were represented by ACRPS General Director Dr. Azmi Bishara and President of Mohammed V University, Wael Ben Jalloun, at a meeting held in the Moroccan capital of Rabat. The agreement is intended to guide future research collaborations and scholarly exchange visits.
The Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences at Mohammed V University also organized a discussion, chaired by Dr. Said Bensaid Al Alawi (Dean of the Faculty), between Dr. Bishara and a number of the faculty members. Later during the same day, Dr. Bishara addressed a group of several hundred students on the topic of "The Intellectual and the Revolution," moving on to a Question and Answer session moderated by Dr. Abdulrahmeen Benhadda. The text of Bishara's address will be made available in Tabayyun, an ACRPS peer-reviewed journal focusing on cultural studies, critical theory, and philosophy.
