The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies is organizing a conference titled "The Arabs and Africa: The Dialectic of Regional Neighborliness and Belonging", from November 29-27, 2011 in Doha, Qatar.
The aim of this conference is to shed light on the Horn of Africa region by dealing with the historical, strategic and security aspects, as well as the political, economic, cultural and social aspects. The conference will bring together prominent scholars and academics from the Arab world, the Horn of Africa and beyond.
