The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies (ACRPS) is pleased to announce the launching of its monthly lecture series. These scholarly/intellectual lectures will be open to the public. Scholars, public intellectuals, and other eminent researchers will be giving these lectures as a way for all to engage with and benefit from their experience and work.

The Center will be hosting its first lecture on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, which will be held at the ACRPS Library Hall. Professor Muhammad al-Shanqeeti, professor of Islamic Studies at Qatar Foundation, will deliver his lecture entitled "The Impact of Crusader War on Sunni-Shia Relations".
