​The sixth annual Conference on the Social Sciences and Humanities will be hosted by the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies in March, 2017. In keeping with an institutional tradition, sessions within the conference will be devoted to one or the other of the two chosen themes:

1. Ethics in Islamo-Arab Civilization (Background paper available in Arabic, here)
2. Arab Youth: Emigration and the Future (Background paper available in Arabic, here)
