The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies will launch the third round of the Arab Graduate Students Conference at its premises in Doha. The Conference, which welcomes research from a wide range of disciplines within the social sciences and humanities, will be held from 26 to 28 March 2022.

The Arab Graduate Students Conference is the first of its kind in the Arab region, establishing a dynamic academic environment that brings together Arab doctoral students in Western universities and provides them an opportunity to present and to enrich their research by exchanging knowledge and experience with their peers and receive feedback from specialized academics. The event allows the participants to become familiar with the Arab research agenda and establish academic and professional relations within the Arab academic community.

The three days of the conference will include 10 sessions, in which 46 researchers, from various Western Universities in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe, will present their research papers in parallel. The papers explore topics across political science and international relations, sociology and anthropology, history, conflict and security studies, media and cultural studies, and literature. Finally, more than 30 specialized professors will provide tailored feedback on these papers.
