The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies has extended the proposal submission deadline for the tenth annual Conference on Democratic Transition, “The Path of Transition to Democracy in Sudan and Algeria: Opportunities and Challenges” to the end of January 2021.
The conference, taking place September 2021 in Tunis, will study the indicators of political transition in Sudan and Algeria. Over the past two years, the two countries have undergone turbulent political transitions.

The conference organising committee must receive research proposals no later than Sunday, 31 January 2021.
Completed research papers, following approval of the conference organising committee, should be submitted no later than Saturday, 15 May 2021.
