A full eighteen years after the Oslo Agreement, and while the Palestinian Authority looks to be recognized as a full state by the United Nations, the ACRPS will be holding a conference on September 10, 2011, under the title: "The Palestinian September: Between the Path to Oslo and the Return to International Bodies". The conference will examine the value of the move to be recognized at the United Nations, and the legal and political consequences of such a step.
