The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies and Doha Institute for Graduate Studies have published the 46th issue of the bimonthly peer-reviewed political science and international relations journal Siyasat Arabiya. This issue includes: “The European Union as a Security Actor? A Study on the Limits of Paradigmatic Shifts in theEUGSS 2016 and ESS 2003” by Amina Mostefa Della; “The New Silk Road in Chinese Strategy: Goals, Power and Challenges” by Mohamed Mutawe; “Indian Revocation of Jammu and Kashmir's Special Status: Pakistan’s Options” by Zahid Shahab Ahmed & M. Waqas Jan; “Political Parties in Morocco and the Impasse of New Social Tensions” by Elhabib Stati Zineddine.

The issue includes a paper on the Arab Opinion Index by Hicham Raïq and Mohamed Ourya “The Youth Contentment in the wake of the Political and Economic Transformations, post - "Arab Spring”. Also included in this issue is a translation of Abdennour Benantar’s "Unipolarity of the International System: What status for China?" by Aoumria Soltani. This is followed by the documentation of Milestones in Democratic Transition in the Arab World and Palestine over two months, 1/7/2020 - 31/8/2020, along with select Documents of Democratic Transition in the Arab World. The issue ends with Djallel Khechib’s book review of Do Morals Matter? Presidents and Foreign Policy from FDR to Trump, by Joseph Nye.
